One way that we do this is by not assigning regular work shifts for Sundays. This adds a certain level of stability and consistency to our company’s work-life balance by setting aside a day every week that everyone can always expect to have off. We also recognize that life happens. If an employee/Contractor needs time off for personal reasons…be it a death in the family, a planned vacation, or something else…we will respect these needs and do all in our power to grant this time off.
