When you book the service, an account is automatically created for you. Simply set up your account, choose your password, and you’re ready to go.

Standard cleaning takes into account everything that involves cleaning a home or apartment. Cleaning/vacuuming floors, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dusting, etc. We do offer extra services like cleaning inside the fridge and inside the oven, and those can be selected on the booking form when you select service.
We price based on the Square Footage of the home. Select the number and the price is shown instantly on the website.
Sure thing. Simply respond to your confirmation email or log into your account and add any comments you would like to be applied to your service.
Pricing & policies
Absolutely. Simply enter your coupon (gift card) code into the booking form as you are creating your booking. Your final price will automatically change to reflect your coupon balance. At any time, you can log into your account and see the balance on any gift cards you have.
We offer tons of incentives for our clients such as discounts on reoccurring services, holidays, birthdays etc.
All customers MUST have the following:
- Running Water & Access to it
- Electricity & light bulbs throughout the home (we cannot clean in the dark)
- Air Conditioning
- NO BUGS OR RODENTS (If we show up to a clean and there are any bugs or rodents (example roaches, mice, rats, mice droppings) we will immediately leave & you will be charged for the entire clean as all of this information is given at the time of booking.
**WE DO NOT CLEAN UP FECES OF ANY KIND**
We allow our professionals to arrive within 2 hours of your scheduled time to accommodate unpredictable traffic, parking and other surprises.

Trust & safety
We do! If for whatever reason you’re not 100% satisfied with your cleaning, we will come back and re-clean. You have 24 hours from the time our team leaves your house to report an issue.
All services are final and non-refundable, but we will be more than happy to schedule a correcting service free of charge (“Re-Clean”).
You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase of services rendered under any circumstances. House Cleaners of Orlando, LLC does not offer or provide refunds or partial refunds for any of our services including but not limited to: Standard Cleaning, Recurring Services, Move-Out/Move-In Cleans, Deep Cleans, Post-Construction Cleans, Vacation Rental Cleans (Airbnb, Short-Term Rentals, etc.), Hourly Services, and/or any extra or ala carte services. This includes late cancellations and late-rescheduling fees.
The service must be a mistake of the Service Provider and not something caused by the Customer and/or another party that visited the premises. Customers must report any requests and/or complaints within twenty-four (24) hours of their Service. If a customer is not fully satisfied with a Service performed, the customer must submit photographic evidence with a brief description of any missed areas, rooms, or items to Info@housecleanersoforlando.com. The customer must report such requests and complaints within twenty-four (24) hours of the customer’s scheduled Service.
Customer requests or complaints must cover the scope of work of the selected Service as per our cleaning Checklist. Only if the request meets the scope of work of the scheduled service’s cleaning Checklist will House Cleaners of Orlando, LLC offer a complimentary Re-Clean.
House Cleaners of Orlando, LLC is not liable to offer a complimentary Re-clean or future credit if the complaint and/or requests fall outside of the service’s scope of work as per our cleaning Checklist.
House Cleaners of Orlando, LLC is not liable to offer a complimentary re-clean or future credit if the complaint and/or requests fall outside of the Average Condition of a residential or commercial space.
In addition, the following types of Services or items are not eligible for our Re-Clean guarantee:
- items and tasks not in our cleaning checklist.
- residential or commercial properties not in Average Condition.
- residential or commercial properties without electricity or water.
- residential or commercial properties incorrectly described or booked via our online platform, phone, email, (e.g., incorrect number of bedrooms, and/or bathrooms, and/or square footage, Etc.)
If the customer fails to contact House Cleaners of Orlando, LLC within twenty-four (24) hours of their services as mentioned above, House Cleaners of Orlando, LLC will not offer a complimentary re-clean or future credit.
Customers can only schedule a complimentary re-clean within forty-eight (48) hours from when House Cleaners of Orlando, LLC received a customer’s initial complaint. House Cleaners of Orlando, LLC will only return for a Re-Clean within this timeframe. House Cleaners of Orlando, LLC is not liable to schedule complimentary Re-Clean past the forty-eight (48) hour timeframe of the customer’s initial request.
